Corner-case bug fix

Fixed an obscure bug where Wee would fall off the screen through all the levels after respawning.

If Wee enters a level by climbing a rope and subsequently dies by jumping and falling, when he respawns he will fall through all levels and embed in the floor of the bottom most level.
