What started out as a simple side quest turned into an adventure of epic proportions!
Traveling home from his campaigns in the Westerlands, Wee Knight is forced to take a detour through the desolate and forbidden Steppenlundes. Seeking sustenance and shelter, he enters a dark and deserted castle, only to find himself trapped within it's dank walls. Aided by floating hearts and some mysterious magenta eggs, Wee Knight gathers the ample gold coins scattered about the keep to find a way out.
Once free from the fortress, Wee Knight must now contend with the thick and foreboding forests surrounding it, as well as the maze of caverns beneath. After spending time in the castle, he has learned how to conserve his energy and avoid damage, so a health meter shows his remaining energy. Among the spiders and poisonous frogs, he discovers mushrooms with special properties that aid him on his quest. But this is no untamed wilderness. Someone else has been here before, leaving more gold coins and keys that could unlock an exit from these woodlands.
Free from the dark weald, Wee Knight finds himself in the middle of a vast, deserted wasteland. Seeking shelter from the blistering sun, he enters a pyramid, only to be thrown again into fighting off beetles and undead sentinels. He finds a scarab pendant which seems to unlock a corresponding sarcophus. Maybe there are more of these in this tomb, but to what end?

Tips
- All coins are collectable, but you may need special items to reach them
- Points are also scored for collecting special items
- Enemies have a predictable behavior, so patience and practice will help you avoid them
- Use PAUSE mode to study each level before you begin
- Some special items reappear after you die
- Many puzzles require keys to locks of the same color; these puzzles usually culminate in a new area being revealed
- Close the door so your parents/partner can't hear you swear (you know who you are!)
- Some ropes/chains/snakes can be climbed using UP and DOWN: jump at the top to reach the platform above
- A flashing border indicates that the effects of some special items is about to wear off
- Falling too far can either kill you or seriously drain your energy
